- In-depth system knowledge and experience in GSM & WCDMA
- RF Strong Analysis & Trouble shooting in GSM & WCDMA
- Working experience with database and macros is an advantage
- Knowledge skills in Radio Planning, Measurement & Optimization tools
General scope of work: The individual is expected to be involved in pre-sales consultancy, tenders and/or network rollout/optimization projects. He/She supports Account Teams/Project Teams/Customers directly to ensure planning /optimization related activities, capable to work independently or lead the team and has a good understanding planning & optimization area. Personal capability development and transfer (to customers/own team members/partners) are essential parts of this role as well. Personal Attributes:
BSc in Telecommunication, Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Networking and/or any other relevant qualifications. Team work skills Ability to work in matrix organizations Effective communication / presentations skills Ability to adapt to changes in working environment Promotes knowledge sharing by personal example. Mentoring ability with basic understanding on what is required and has been a successful mentor.
