• PMP certified.
• Having minimum 8 years experiences in Network Planning & Optimization Business.
• Preferable having experiences in various network element parts (Radio, Core, Access, IP, Transport, etc) and able to understand End to End Solutions in mobile networks.
• Active areas to contribute : Planning Process, Quality Management, Competence development, Resource Management, Partner Management, Sales & Cost Management, Procurement Management, Risk Management, Time Management, Communication Management, Scope Management, Project Initiation, preparation, execution and closing, Network Planning & Optimization Service marketing & Understanding.
• Deliverables/performances measures: Project work-in-progress (earned value), Customer satisfaction, Employee Satisfaction and network planning project team spirit, Contractual commitments met. 

General scope of work: The individual is expected to be involved in pre-sales consultancy, tenders and/or network rollout/optimization projects. He/She supports Account Teams/Project Teams/Customers directly to ensure planning /optimization related activities, capable to work independently or lead the team and has a good understanding planning & optimization area. Personal capability development and transfer (to customers/own team members/partners) are essential parts of this role as well. Personal Attributes:

BSc in Telecommunication, Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Networking and/or any other relevant qualifications.

Ability to work in matrix organizations

Effective communication / presentations skills

Ability to adapt to changes in working environment

Promotes knowledge sharing by personal example.
