• Minimum 3 year experience as Head teller with total year of experience of 8 years
• numeric skills including meticulous attention to detail
• Good communication skills especially verbal

• Interpersonal skills to manage people, e.g. Tact – to cope with customers and staff not appreciating bank rules and procedures.
• Understanding and reacting to a variety of customer and staff moods and personalities.
