- Detailed understanding of operational processes impacting fraud.
- Knowledge of Group structure and interfaces
- Sound knowledge of risk control framework – DRACAS
- Detailed knowledge of people policies and procedures
- Knowledge of operating structure, interfaces, business processes and product set.
- Ability to analyse data and ensure definitions are correctly applied.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Knowledge of fraud detection/prevention systems.
