- Minimum 5 years experience in IP network design & optimization
- Legacy / NGN IP technologies/protocols such as routing, multi-layer switching, IP addressing, MPLS, OSPF, BGP and etc
- PS- IP Core technologies/protocols such as 2G/3G UMTS mobility / session management, Gb-over-FR/IP, Iu-over-ATM/IP, GTP/GTP’, Sigtran
- Good Multi-vendor understanding and experiences
- Good or understand command of optimization tools
General scope of work : The individual is expected to be involved in pre-sales consultancy, tenders and/or network rollout/optimization projects. He/She supports Account Teams/Project Teams/Customers directly to ensure planning /optimization related activities, capable to work independently or lead the team and has a good understanding planning & optimization area. Personal capability development and transfer (to customers/own team members/partners) are essential parts of this role as well. Personal Attributes :
BSc in Telecommunication, Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Networking and/or any other relevant qualifications. Team work skills Ability to work in matrix organizations Effective communication / presentations skills Ability to adapt to changes in working environment Promotes knowledge sharing by personal example. Mentoring ability with basic understanding on what is required and has been a successful mentor.
