• High level of working knowledge of all the Bank’s retail products, procedures and policies
• Detailed understanding of the bank teller operation procedures
• Good knowledge of Bank’s internal systems
• 1-2 years experience in a banking hall environment either as cashier or inquiries
• Relevant diploma and degree
• Some experience in dealing with large amounts of cash in a retail environment
• Minimum 4 years experience as Teller in big local bank or international bank
• Pleasant personality
• Good communication skill
• Sufficient oral & written in English
• Excellent service attitude
• Have attended various service quality training / course
