Junior Manager
- Significant experience in a senior compensation and benefits role in a multi-national or other HR consultancy role. Sound background in either specialist or generalist HR or consulting.
- Strong problem solving and ability to create solutions where no precedent exists.
- Numerical and analytical skills.
- Organisation and prioritisation.
- High PC literacy (Advanced Excel skills essential).
- Project management.
- Strong influencing and communication skills - able to communicate at many levels.
- Detailed knowledge of compensation and benefits, including executive remuneration, expatriate pay, pensions and international compensation practice.
- Experience of working in a multinational environment, especially in baking industry
- Broad knowledge of general HR policies and practices to ensure reward strategy and policies are complimentary to business/HR strategy and goals.
