Junior Manager

  • Significant experience in a senior compensation and benefits role in a multi-national  or other HR consultancy role.  Sound background in either specialist or generalist HR or consulting.
  • Strong problem solving and ability to create solutions where no precedent exists.
  • Numerical and analytical skills.
  • Organisation and prioritisation.
  • High PC literacy (Advanced Excel skills essential).
  • Project management.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills - able to communicate at many levels.
  • Detailed knowledge of compensation and benefits, including executive remuneration, expatriate pay, pensions and international compensation practice.
  • Experience of working in a multinational environment, especially in baking industry
  • Broad knowledge of general HR policies and practices to ensure reward strategy and policies are complimentary to business/HR strategy and goals.
