Senior Manager

• A sound knowledge of Basel 2 and Financal analysis.
• Highly flexible style to meet the needs/expectations of very different cultures within the organisation.
• The successful candidate will be an expert on Trade, demonstrated by at least 10 years experience operating at a senior level in this field, particualy with respect to sales.  The candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven ability in the area of needs based selling.
• High level of organisational  and project skills  
• The jobholder will have a detailed understanding of the Financial Institution Groups and the products and marketplace of the Investment Banking Division.
• Minimum experience in managing Trade product and sales of 10 years.
