- Min. bachelor degree in Law from reputable university
- 5-8 years of legal experience, which ideally includes experience in high technology sector/telecom/media
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English both in oral and written
- Ability to communicate appropriately with all levels of management and staff
- Strong organizational, problem solving, analytical skills, able to manage priorities, workflow and multitask
- Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
