- Bachelor degree from Law
- 2-3 years in Banking experience
- Holding advocate license/ligitimation
- Familiar with banking legal and credit documentation (loan agreement, security documents such as pledge, fiduciary transfer, mortgage, personal guarantor, corporate guarantor and etc)
- Godd knowledge of banking legal and credit documentation
- Good knowledge of Company Law and investment procedure
- Able to provide legal advice and legal opinion
- Familiar with software application (Microsoft)
- Fluent in English
- Mandarin would be advantage
- Have initiative and problem solving ability
- Have good interpersonal and communication skill
- Pleasant personality, assertive, honesy, high integrity, and willing to work under pressure and independently
