- Male/Female, Max. 28 years old
- Bachelor degree from Industrial Engineering (GPA. 2,75)
- Min. 2 years experience in Training & Development function will be an advantage
- Familiar with Competency-Based HR Management
- Comprehensive understanding of all Human Resources function
- Good communication skills
- Customer-oriented minded and performance-driven
